and what was missing??? COFFEE... NO coffee!!! This is day 5 without my beloved Barista's blend to start my day and I have just 14 days to go before we are reunited. My sister, bless her heart, agreed to take me to the airport at this unGodly hour for a Saturday and she even arrived early. This earned her extra brownie points that in a short period of time she expended.. easy come, easy go!!!
On our drive to the airport my sister stated that there was a "new" way that goes straight to the airport with minimal lights... me "oh really???" So I, in keeping my mouth shut and all the while knowing there was no such thing, let her show me this "new" way. Yeah, after she had to turn around because she passed the exit, then had to drive all the across San Leandro, through 15 stop lights, to finally arrive at the airport. Wow, thanks sis you were sooooo right that was much faster!!! LOL ;-) Fortunately, because of the early hour and being a Saturday the majority of the lights were in our favor! So, seriously thank you!!!
Lucky for me I still had time to take in a beautiful sunrise before my fight!
