8:00am - Hike/Walk
11:30am - Water Aerobics
12:45pm - Lunch
1:15pm - Education Series: Cooking Demo
2:30pm - Kick Boxing
3:30pm - Circuit Trianing
4:30pm - Stretch
5:30pm - Dinner
6:15pm - Education Series: Intuitive Eating

    Fresh Fruit Sorbets, Chocolate Covered Strawberries, Various Cobblers, Chocolate Pie
