The UGLY truth...

Well the day has finally arrived and we have arrived too! But first let me introduce you all t0 the girls...

As we first pulled up it the location was a little different than what we had anticipated. We thought we were going to be out in the middle of nowhere, no civilization for miles, but in fact there are houses with in a rocks throw. So it is good to know we are not in the middle of nowhere by ourselves.

We were greeted by an amazing staff and all who know what customer service means! We got settled in to our rooms, went on a self-guided tour and then it was time!!! Time for the weigh-in and measurements! Uuuuuggghhhh The ugly truth for me is that the numbers were about what I had expected, but the beauty of it is in 14 days it will be a whole new set of numbers (ones I might actually share with you all... maybe)! ;-) 

Next on the schedule was dinner, take a look...

So this is a Chicken breast, covered with a marinara sauce, on top of pureed spaghetti squash, and mixed steam veggies. Now hold on to your forks... we get dessert too!! Yeah you heard me D*E*S*S*E*R*T!!! Tonight we were treated to Key Lime pie made with tofu and the crusted tasted like it was made from Grape Nuts!!! Mmmmmmmmm  I know your mouths are all watering now!!

During our orientation after dinner we were informed that tomorrow will be our easiest day and Tuesday will be our hardest day. They also take attendance in every class, so if someone is a no show they go looking for them. They say it is to make sure we are okay! wink wink! LOL

Well I have just finished laying out my clothes for tomorrow, time now to hit the shower and then punish the pillow!
